TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. You have up to 5 days to return your item for in-store credit or to request an exchange.
  2. SHIP all returns to: 2750 Highway 72 East Huntsville, AL 35811
  3. *We do not accept in-person returns & we do not refund return shipping costs*
  4. All Sale/Monogram Items, shoes/footwear & Seasonal items are FINAL SALE. If you attempt to return a final sale item then we willhold the items for a maximum of 7 days, then items will be donated to charity. If you would like to pay for shipping we can reship your items to you within that 7 days for the original shipping amount.
  5. All returns will be inspected and we do reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have worn the item, if you have damaged the item or if the item has been altered in any way.
